Direction to Tiffany Springs Park
One of the Hampton Road bridges is OUT! So you must take the following detour to get to the soccer fields.
At the intersection of I-435 and Hiway 152, go west on Hiway N, which curves right (north).
Look for a fire station on the right.
Just past the fire station, turn right on NW Tiffany Park Road, and go a mile or two, till the road "T's" at Hampton Road.
Turn left and drive to the entrance to Tiffany Springs soccer fields on the right.

Contact your team manager for a copy of two field maps, in PDF format.
Fields 1 - 4 are at Tiffany Hills.
Fields 5 - 15 are at Tiffany Springs.
Or you can come by the registration tent to see a copy. Goals will also be marked to indicate the field number.
The fields at Tiffany Springs may be arranged differently than what appears on the map, because of the rain we are trying to preserve the fields.

Spring Classic team check-in will be held at the Embassy Suites Kansas City - International Airport on Thursday, April 30, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Ballroom Foyer. Enter through the South entrance to the hotel.
Teams that cannot check in Thursday evening should check in at least 1 hour before their first game at the Check-in Tent at Tiffany Springs.
Coaches or managers must provide the following items at Check-In:
** Official State/League Roster (give a copy to Tournament)
** Birth Certificates for all players will be checked.
** Original (notarized) Medical Release Forms for each player (returned)
** Registration Cards with photos for all coaches, managers, players, and guest players (returned)
** State approved Travel Permit, if applicable (give a copy to Tournament)
** Guest Player Agreement-State Form, if applicable (give a copy to Tournament)
Valid Registration Cards from the State or from the league will provide proof of age and will be used to validate game cards.
Game Cards must be completed by each coach/manager listing each player’s name and jersey number, and should be given to the Field Marshal or Match Official prior to each match.
Assign Players/Teams to Spring Classic
Login to http://www.htgsports.net.
Click on the Login tab on the far right.
If you have previously logged in to HTGSports, your password will be whatever you set it to when you last logged in.
If you forgot your password, click on the link below the "Login" button, and you will be emailed a temporary password so you can get in. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to change your password.
If this is the first time you have logged in to HTGSports, your password will be the same as the email address you entered when you registered for this tournament. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to change your password.
Now click on the "My Sports" tab.
Add all the players for which you are the team manager, including any guest players.
Assign the players to a team.
Then assign the team to this tournament! :-)
You MUST enter your team's Conflict Information in HTGSports.net!
I am unable to enter this conflict information for you. You MUST enter it in HTGSports.net yourself, so the tournament Scheduler will have that information.
Login as described above, and enter free text in the Conflict Comments box.
You may also want to update your seeding information, or change some players for this tournament. Let me know if you have any problems doing this.

BOOST Sports Performance will provide medical assistance to all attendees of the tournament. Look for their tent near the Registration tent at Tiffany Springs. You can find out more about their services at http://www.boostkc.com/.
Everyone is responsible for reading and abiding by the tournament rules before attending the tournament. The document is available for viewing and printing. Click on the TOURNAMENT RULES link above.
We will have tournament T-shirts for sale near the Registration Tent at Tiffany Springs. Prices are reasonable, and the artwork looks great! Sorry, there are no pre-tournament sales.
Photos and Action Shots
ESI Photography will be at the tournament, and will be happy to take team photos, individual photos, or live action shots. If you want to make arrangements with an ESI photographer before the tournament, go to http://www.esiphotography.com for more information.
There will be food and drinks available for purchase at both Tiffany Springs and Tiffany Hills. One of our featured food vendors serving delicious sandwiches at the tournament is Firehouse Subs, located in the new Tiffany Springs Market Center. Each team should receive free coupons at Check-In. Go to http://www.firehousesubs.com/ for a menu of items and locations.
We will also have Shaved Ice vendor at Tiffany Hills. When's the last time you had a snow cone? Come on by and enjoy the refreshing taste of a delicious snow cone after the game.
