KC Legends Tryout Information
The Legends Soccer Club is proud to offer the following outstanding and essential club features, along with many more:
- 25 year proven curriculum that has produced over 350 college players and 36 professional players. This curriculum is backed by a 320 page development manual as well as 2 training DVD’s.
- A kind, caring, and passionate group of coaches who are commited to developing each player to the fullest extent of his/her ability. This means all players will receive equal playing time and we will not cut players at tryouts.
- A character building philosophy where no risk is too great and players experience no guilt, no shame, and no blame.
- An individual focus that encourages each player to be the quarterback of the team and forces players to develop a “Go For It” mentality
- Kansas City’s oldest and best academy program. Currently we run 6 age group specific sessions each week in which the focus ranges from (Power Hour footskills, 1st time finishing, speed and agility, goal keeping, and 1v1’s). All of this is no cost to Legends members.
- We are the only club in Kansas City who can boast not one, but two specially designed indoor training facilities. These facilities (which are open 24 hours to Legends members) are constructed to provide each player with maximum shooting and dribbling repetitions. It also means that we are the only club in Kansas City who will not have practices cancelled because of weather.
- A fun and positive environment ideal for creating brave, creative leaders both on and off the field.
