- Break in new shoes BEFORE you come to camp.
- Bring water in a plastic, refillable container. No disposable bottles, please!
- Bring your ball.
- Bring shin guards and wear them during training.
- Bring sunscreen and apply it frequently.
- Ensure your belongings are clearly marked (ball, water bottle, etc).
- Bring extra socks and slides or tennis shoes to change into during downtime.
- Bring a friend!
